Samsung (Tizen)
- Open AppsPress Home, choose Apps and the search icon.
- Install the playerSearch for the player your representative suggests and install it. Android-only players like TiviMate won’t appear.
- Activate with your phoneThe player usually shows the TV’s MAC address or a code. Enter it, with your login, on the player’s website from your phone.
- Reopen the appClose it fully and start it again so the channels load.
LG (webOS)
- Open the storePress Home and open the LG Content Store (called Apps on newer models).
- Install and sign inInstall the recommended player, then enter your Xtream Codes details or activate it with the MAC address on its website.
- Restart itClose and reopen the app to load your playlist.
Some smart TV players charge a one-time activation fee after a short trial. Check the app’s own page first so there are no surprises.
Common smart TV problems
The player isn’t in the store
Stores vary by region and model year. Set the TV’s country to India and install software updates under Settings › Support › Software Update.
Channels don’t load after activation
Re-enter the MAC address carefully, submit it again on the website and restart the app.
Old TV feels slow
Older TVs get fewer app updates. A Fire TV Stick or Mi TV Stick in an HDMI port is an inexpensive way to get a faster, more flexible setup.

Can I install TiviMate on a Samsung TV?
No. TiviMate is an Android app and Samsung’s Tizen can’t run it. Use a Tizen player, or plug in a Fire TV Stick or Mi TV Stick.
Why is the app asking for my TV’s MAC address?
Many smart TV players use it to link your playlist to your TV so you don’t have to type long links with the remote.
My TV is a Mi / OnePlus / TCL — is this guide for me?

Should I connect the TV with a cable?
If the router is close enough, yes. A LAN cable is the most reliable way to avoid buffering.
